Winston and Nerissa are leaders and mentors based in South-East London, serving at NTCG Clapham with their four daughters. With decades of combined experience in youth work, they are passionate about helping people grow into their God-given potential.

Winston is a creative entrepreneur and serves on the LifeBuilders National Board as Head of Media & Marketing, with a heart to see men become strong, purpose-driven leaders.

Nerissa is the Senior Pastor at NTCG Clapham and a Speech & Language Therapist, supporting vulnerable young people and making the gospel accessible. Together, they offer marriage counselling and support, helping couples build strong, faith-centred relationships.
